I want every order to be a great experience. If anything isn't right, just reach out — I'm easy to work with.
Returns
I accept returns within 30 daysof delivery. If something arrived damaged, wasn't as described, or you just changed your mind — message me and we'll figure it out.
Return shipping is on the buyer for change-of-mind returns. If the item arrived damaged or was my mistake, I'll cover the return shipping.
Once I receive the return, I'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, I'll make it right. Message me with a photo and a description of the issue, and I'll send a replacement.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Message me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, I can no longer cancel it — but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.
